Synergy was built on friendship, hard work, and a real passion for making spaces better.
Vince started Synergy 14 years ago. We grew up together, and from the beginninghe was trying to pull me in. As the business took off, the timing finally lined up — and I jumped in with them to help Synergy grow even bigger and better.
I’m Eddie Zielinski, the General Manager of Synergy.
I’ve spent the last 22 years working in construction, nursery management, and leadership. I’m a Certified Nurseryman, a Michigan State grad, and a proud graduate of the Executive Leadership Training Program at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Throughout my career, I’ve managed over 7,000 employees and helped every company I’ve been part of grow stronger.
But at the end of the day, it's never just been about numbers for me. It’s about people.
It’s about helping families love where they live — whether that’s through improving their yard, fixing up their homes, or building something brand new. I believe in doing things the right way, even when it costs a little more or takes a little longer, because that’s how you build something you're truly proud of. That’s the mindset Vince and I share — and it's what we expect from everyone who wears the Synergy name.
